Are you planning to buy a home that is put for resale? Then there is quite a lot to be considered before buying the same. Make sure you have had a detailed look of the interiors. Are you satisfied with room dimensions, lighting and ventilation facilities? Also ensure you are happy with the entire look of the house; flooring, design structure, ceiling, wiring, fittings and every minute detail that appeals to you. See if the building is well maintained or would require you to repair or refurbish the same. You cannot afford to overlook the details regarding bathrooms and toilets. Also, if you are planning to remodel the same, know how much it will cost you. If the cost of remodelling is huge, then you would rather settle on buying a new home.
